Fill in information about yourself, name, address etc (If you don\'t know what an fk number is, you probably don\'t have it).
When you describe what kind of music you play, please feel free to use examples.
When you describe your gears, you can include how you use it together. For instance if you play left hand bass while playing keyboard with the right, etc.
References are worth more to us if you include a name and phone number of a contact person in the places you have worked.
All fields must be filled in for the form to be validated.
When you submit the form, it will appear in your e-mail system\'s outbox and will be sent as an e-mail.
