Write the name of the entertainer you want in the text field next to the wanted month. If you want an entertainer for January, write the name of the entertainer you want in the text field next to 'January'.
Then check 'Week-ends' if you want week-end jobs that month or 'Full Month' if you want the entertainer for the whole month.
If you don't want a piano entertainer one month, just leave the month open and do not check for either 'Week-ends' or 'Full Month'. |

Under 'Club info': |
This is where you write information about your club/pianobar:
* When you want the entertainers to play (from - till)
* Which week day(s) the entertainer is not working (when working full month)
* The entertainers need a place to stay when they are not working. Check for appartment or hotel room.
* It is useful to know where the room is situated in relation to the club / pianobar. Type in the app. distance in metres.
* Even entertainers need to eat. Check for either meals provided or if the entertainers receive a certain food allowance
* Additional information is for things you would like to mention that was not covered by any other fields in the form. |

Simply write down information about the club -your name (we will use you as a contact person), the name of your club / pianobar, address, country, telephone number, fax number and e-mail.
These fields must be filled in for the form to be validated. |
